Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, cancellations requested after this window cannot be accepted as your order will already be in processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

We kindly ask that you double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos or a video of the product and packaging at the time of opening.

Please email your photos or video, along with your order details, to polly@tickledpinkmerc.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll review your case and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund.
